Controller Chassis

Acroloop Motion Control Systems offers several chassies to accommodate
its various types of controllers. This allows users to purchase a completely
housed controller in addition to just buying controllers to plug into their own
computers.
The chassies are configured either for PC based or Standalone operation.

ACH3121 Controller Chassis

ACH3121 Controller Chassis
The ACH3121 controller chassis is a standard
chassis. It is designed to accommodate a standalone
ACR1200 controller. The ACH3121 is designed to
support the standard digital I/O and 1 expansion
digital I/O board.

The ACH4800 chassis is a multi-purpose 4 slot chassis.
The ACH4800 is designed for both Standalone and PC-Bus
motion control for the ACR2000 or ACR8010 controllers.
The chassis features industrial screw terminals and status
LED’s for the encoder and digital I/O connections.

ACH5000 Controller Chassis

The ACH5000 Controller Chassis is designed to be a multi-purpose chassis. This chassis can be supplied for standalone operation with the ACR2000, ACH8010 or as a full PC based chassis with the ACR1500, ACR2000, ACR8010 (ISA Backplane ACH5810) and the ACR8020 (PCI Backplane ACH5820). The PC version of the chassis comes with floppy, hard drive and CD Rom installed. The chassis is also offered with either D-Plug termination (right picture) or screw terminal connections (left picture) with built in breakout box for all the communications, encoders and I/O signals.

ACH5000 Features:

ACH6200 Controller Chassis
The ACH6200 chassis is also a multi-purpose
4 slot chassis. The main difference is the ACH6200
is designed for half-size PC boards. Therefore, it is
ideal for applications where space is critical. The
chassis is used with the ACR2000 controller.
